What it looks like for one lead
Here's the path for a single lead. She fills out your ad form. Within about a minute, she gets a text from your studio. She asks her question, gets an answer in your studio's voice, and picks a consult time that goes onto your own calendar.
Before the consult, she gets a reminder. If she goes quiet partway through, she gets a follow-up. And the whole time, you can open the conversation in the app and step in.
Why speed matters so much in PMU
A lot of people fill out a brow form at night, on the couch, phone in hand. In the studios we work with, 43% of lead form fills arrived between 8pm and 7am, and the busiest hour of the day was 9pm (14,067 leads across 36 studios, Jun 1 to Oct 20, 2026).

Why follow-up and reminders matter
Going quiet doesn't mean no. People get busy, and texts get buried. In those same studios, more than a third of the people who booked went quiet for a day or more first, and most of them came back within a day of a text from the studio (412 of 1,148 people, form fills Jun 1 to Sep 20, 2026).
Reminders matter too. We've seen that consults booked 5 or more days out were cancelled or moved more often than ones booked sooner, 61% against 46% (1,867 consults across 32 studios, appointments Jun 1 to Oct 13, 2026). Texting rules, in plain words
Business texting has rules, and they apply whoever you hire. This is the plain version, not legal advice.
- Consent. Only text people who asked to hear from you. The leads our assistant texts come from your own ad form, where she types in her number and taps Submit.
- Opt-out. Anyone can reply STOP, and the texts to her end. Our assistant follows that.
- Registered texting. US carriers want businesses that text from a local number to register first. You'll hear it called 10DLC or A2P registration. Texts from numbers that aren't registered are more likely to get blocked. Your studio's texting number gets registered as part of setup.
