Permanent Profits is run by Isabelle Marrone, a permanent makeup artist who owns Awaken Permanent Cosmetics in Phoenixville, PA, and Evan Marrone, who builds the ads, the texting assistant and the app. It's a program of Esthetic Edge LLC in St. Petersburg, FL.

Permanent makeup artist, cofounder
Isabelle does brows for a living at Awaken Permanent Cosmetics, and her studio is where our ads and the texting assistant were built and tested first. She writes our guides, answers artists' questions on video, and runs the Permanent Profits community.
Evan Marrone
Cofounder, builds the system
Evan builds and runs the system our studios use: the ad setup, the AI texting assistant, the booking and follow-up, and the app artists use to watch every conversation. He's also the one counting, so every number on this site comes from his records.
Evan earned a Master of Business Analytics at MIT, where he studied machine learning and AI, and his team won MIT's 2022 Analytics Lab competition.

How we work
We should get paid when consults walk in
A retainer gets paid whether or not you get clients. For your first 45 days, our only fee is for consultations that actually show up, and the fee to keep going is based on what we brought you.
Speed decides who books
A lot of leads fill out the form at night, and most of the people who book do it within a day. So the assistant texts each new lead within about a minute, at any hour, and keeps following up when someone goes quiet.
One artist per area
We don't run the same campaign for two artists in one area. It's why artists apply instead of just signing up.
Numbers with dates, or no numbers
Every number we publish says what it counts and when. If we can't show where a number comes from, we don't use it.
