Questions

The questions artists ask us, answered in writing

What it costs, what the Show Guarantee covers, what happens at day 45, and what's still your job. If yours isn't here, ask it on your application call.

Money and terms

What exactly do I pay, all in?

Here's all of it. $0 to start. For your first 45 days of ads, our fee is $50 for each consultation that shows up, billed weekly. Your ad budget goes straight to Meta, about $30 a day, with a $500 minimum across those 45 days. Texts and calls cost what the carriers charge, with no markup, usually $30 to $70 a month in all.

At day 45 you decide. If you keep going, there's a one-time activation fee based on your results, then a small monthly amount plus a small fee for each consult that shows, month to month. If you stop, the only thing left to pay is $50 for each consult already booked that shows up.

What counts as a consultation that shows up?

One whose time has passed without being marked a no-show or cancelled in the app. You mark those yourself, and you're never charged for a no-show or a cancellation.

What's the Show Guarantee?

If you do your part and still get fewer than 3 consultations that show up in your first 45 days, we pay you $500 and you can stop with nothing more owed.

Doing your part means: You spent at least $500 with Meta on the ads we built in your first 45 days, and the ads ran without a break; Your calendar had at least 15 hours a week open for consults, including a weekend day and two weekday evenings; You replied within an hour (in your business hours) to every lead the app handed you, and returned calls the same day; You marked every consult showed, no-show or cancelled within 7 days, and kept your Meta page, forms and calendar connected. The full rules are in the agreement, and they're what decide a claim.

How does the activation fee work?

It's performance-based. It's figured from the consults that showed up in your first 45 days, at your own prices, so it stays a small share of what those consults brought you.

Before day 45 we send you your numbers and your exact fee, and you decide then. If you keep going, it's a small monthly amount plus a small fee for each consult that shows after that, month to month.

Does it renew automatically at day 45?

No. Day 45 is your choice, not a renewal. Before then we send you your numbers and the continuation offer, and you keep going only if you accept it. If you don't, the agreement ends on day 45, and you don't have to explain.

Consultations that are already booked still happen, and each one that shows is $50.

Do the 45 days start when I sign?

No. Day 1 is the day your ads launch, and only days your ads actually spend count. So your 45 days can take longer than 45 calendar days, which gives you a fair look at your results.

Can I stop before day 45?

Yes. Either of us can end it any time in writing, and a text is fine. You still owe for consultations that already showed, texts and calls already used, and anything short of the $500 ad minimum.

What happens with my ads after day 45?

For your first 45 days we run our proven ads, so there's nothing for you to make or film. After that, if you keep going, you either make a couple of your own with our tutorials or we keep making them for a bit more, and we set that up together at day 45. The texting assistant, follow-up, reminders, booking and the app keep running either way.

Who owns the ads?

Ads made from your own photos and videos are yours. Our standard ads, the ones we run for all our clients, stay ours, and you can run them while you're with us.

How it works

What do you do, and what's still my job?

Our side: we write and run your Facebook and Instagram ads, and set up your business texting number, your calendar connection and the texting assistant. Each new lead gets a text from your studio within about a minute, day or night. The assistant answers her questions, books the consultation onto your calendar, reminds her, and follows up with people who go quiet.

Your side: fund the ads with Meta, keep consultation times open on your calendar, answer the leads the app hands to you, and close the consult. You do the brows.

What does the texting assistant actually say?

It texts your leads as your studio, using your prices, your services and your booking rules. It answers the questions artists get all day (price, pain, healing, how long it lasts), books the consult onto your calendar, and hands the conversation to you when someone sends a photo or asks for you. You see every message in the app and can step in any time.

Do you work with other artists in my area?

We only take one artist per area: we don't run the same campaign for two artists in one area. That's part of why artists apply instead of just signing up.

Which services does this work for?

Brows (microblading, powder and combo brows) and lip blush are where we have the most studios and the most data. If you lead with another service, say so in your application and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

Honest answers to the doubts artists have

If she shows up and doesn't book, am I still out $50?

The $50 is for a real person who walked into your studio, not a lead or a click. What happens in the consult is yours, so that's the one part we can't promise.

Now run the math. Four consults that don't book is $200. One brow client at $500 covers that with room to spare. Jazmin charges $500, full price, and closed 28 of the 50 consults that showed up in her first 45 days.

And the ones who don't book that day aren't gone. They stay in your follow-up and Flowly keeps texting them. A no-show costs you nothing.

I've tried ads before and got burned. Why would this be any different?

A retainer pays the agency either way, so a slow month costs them nothing. For your first 45 days of ads, our only fee is $50 per consult that shows up. If nobody shows, we make nothing.

Jazmin had been burned by a big PMU marketing company and was "completely doubtful" when she found us. Before she signed, she messaged the artist in our first case study to ask if it was real. 45 days later: 50 consults showed up in her studio. She closed 28 at $500 full price.

The other difference is speed. 43% of leads at our studios fill out the form between 8pm and 7am, and the busiest hour is 9pm. Flowly texts each one back in a median 28 seconds, day or night, before she moves on to the next artist (14,067 leads across 36 studios, Jun 1 to Oct 20, 2026).

What if I don't have a big ad budget right now?

We suggest about $30 a day. It's paid straight to Meta from your own ad account. We never touch it, and you see every dollar.

The minimum is $500 with Meta across your first 45 days. Below that the ads don't have enough to work with, and that isn't fair to either of us.

So the real question is whether one client pays for what it cost to find her. At $500 a brow client, one booking covers 16 days of ads at $30 a day.

This sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?

One: you fund your own ads. About $30 a day, paid to Meta, never to us. If you can't run ads at all, this won't work.

Two: you still close. We get a real person to your studio. What happens in the consult is yours.

Three: $50 a consult adds up when it's working. 20 consults that show is $1,000. That's the bill for a good month, and it's better you know now.

After day 45 you decide. Keep going and there's a one-time activation fee based on your results, then a small monthly amount plus a small fee for each consult that shows. Stop, and there's no activation fee and nothing monthly, just $50 for any consult already booked that shows up. And if you do your part and fewer than 3 consults show up in your first 45 days, the Show Guarantee pays you $500.

Can you show me real PMU results, not marketing results?

Jazmin charges $500 full price with zero discounting. 50 consults showed up in 45 days and she closed 28.

Jasmin, our first case study: 105 consults booked in 45 days, $17,250.

On qualifying by price, the bot says the price before anyone gets on your calendar. That's the whole point. The people who show up already know what brows cost and came anyway.

And yes, we use your own healed work. The best performer we've ever run was an ad the artist filmed herself on her own phone. Jazmin's own video brought in 250 of her leads.

If you've got five questions, send them. I'd rather answer them than have you wonder.

Ready to see if you qualify?

The application is a few quick questions. We only take one artist per area.
